We provide unbiased objective advices, and we are not afreaid of addressing unpleasant issues.
We do not produce expertises of convenience, but commit ourselves to act objectively in accordance with the Guidelines for Court-Sworn Experts in Austria even in case of private expertises.

We commit ourselves to protect our neutrality against the influences of suppliers and manufacturers of the systems or equipment needed to implement our proposals, and do not charge or accept from them any commissions or expense compensations.

Our recommendations for suppliers or manufacturers are based strictly on our clients’ requirements or a comparative analysis of the supplier’s or manufacturer’s product range.

If we recommend a system or equipment that we market or in which we have any kind of financial interest, we point this fact out and do not create the impression of a neutral product choice.


Reliability and confidentiality

If we make a commitment, you can rely on us. It will be based on a careful requirements analysis, to which we pay particular attention.
Should a problem occur, we will consult you as soon as it becomes apparent and together attempt to find a solution acceptable to all parties.

We treat all our internal processes of our customers as well as other information that becomes known to us during our work as strictest confidential.
