In this field we use the standard process models and generally accepted methods like CMMI, SPICE, Rational Unified Process, V-Model (XT), ISO 9000:2000, etc., which are to be adjusted to actual situations and requirements (this is called tailoring of the process models).

Our focus is in the fields of requirement specification, specification, reviews as well as testing and project management. Additionally we develop structure and content guidelines for corresponding documents.

In this field we also supply templates and document structures, providing a guideline to the project managers for creating project-specific documents on their own.
 
It is often very useful to work out a process model for different project variants or sizes, for example:

> small projects (duration under 2 months)
> medium projects (duration 2 to 6 months)
> large projects (duration over 6 months)

Different document structures and checklists are developed for the single steps of each project, depending on its size/type.
